Adamo Communities is seeking an accomplished Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Adamo at Ewing, our 152-unit luxury apartment community. This role is for a polished, service-driven professional who understands that great management means creating an elevated living experience for residents while protecting the value of the community.

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager in Ewing, NJ with a proven track record managing market-rate residential communities, ideally in a luxury, Class A, or high-service environment. You will be the face of Adamo at Ewing, leading your team, building resident relationships, and ensuring the property reflects the high standards of Adamo Communities. This is a full-time, on-site position at our community in Ewing, NJ. Remote and hybrid work are not available.

•     Resident Experience – Build lasting relationships and ensure every interaction is professional and service-focused.

•     Community Performance – Drive occupancy, retention, leasing, and financial results.

•     Operations – Oversee all aspects of community operations with attention to detail and follow-through.

•     Team Leadership – Lead, coach, and develop office and maintenance staff in an accountable, positive culture.

•     Property Presentation – Maintain exceptional cleanliness, curb appeal, amenities, and overall condition.

•     Lease & Revenue Management – Oversee leasing, renewals, collections, and compliance.

•     Safety & Security – Keep the community safe and welcoming for residents, guests, and employees.

•     Vendor & Community Relationships – Build strong relationships with vendors, local officials, police, and fire departments.

•     Technology & Reporting – Use property management systems and reports to make informed decisions.

•     Ability to work full-time, on-site at Adamo at Ewing in Ewing, NJ

•     2+ years managing market-rate residential properties

•     Luxury, Class A, or high-end multifamily experience strongly preferred

•     Polished, professional presence and a passion for hospitality

•     Strong leadership and people-management skills

•     Exceptional organization and attention to detail

•     Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn property management systems

•     Strong financial, leasing, and operational understanding

•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•     Competitive base salary of $70,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience
