Sin & Tonic is a new concept from The Fifty/50 Group, opening in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood. Anchored by a 30-seat bar and designed around a Victorian tavern aesthetic, Sin & Tonic will focus on high-technique craft cocktails paired with an equal number of zero-proof "tonics".
We are seeking an experienced, operationally focused Lead Bartender and Supervisor to act as a crucial link between our bar team and leadership. This position is tailored for a seasoned bartender looking to take on real operational responsibility while working directly alongside partner and beverage director Andrew Marinelli on beverage development and menu iteration. You will be bartending 3-4 shifts per week and fill in where needed across the operation.
While this is a high-technique cocktail bar, we value discipline, reliability, and leadership over ego or mixology pedigree. Our lead bartender will go through the Fifty/50 Group's updated management training and assist Andrew with opening the establishment; it's a great learning opportunity.
At this establishment, there will be a strict zero-drinking policy while on shift. Candidates must take pride in running a clean, focused, professional room every single night.
