About this position

The Sales Enablement Manager owns the systems, content, and campaigns that turn marketing’s pipeline into revenue-ready conversations. This role is responsible for post-engagement nurture campaigns, the sales enablement toolkit (case studies, one-sheets, decks, and battlecards), proposal and RFP support, and sales readiness, ensuring reps always have the right asset, message, and account context at the right moment.

A core part of this role is building and maintaining the sales enablement toolkit, using a marketing automation platform for nurture execution and AI-assisted content tools to assemble, tag, and deliver decks, case studies, and one-sheets on demand. This is a hands-on content production and systems role that works in close partnership with Marketing, external design vendors, and the sales team.

Core Competencies

The key capabilities for the Sales Enablement Manager include:

  • Systems-Minded: fluent in marketing automation and AI content tools to build, tag, and maintain scalable content and campaign systems
  • Content Producer: able to write, structure, and ship sales-ready assets (case studies, one-sheets, decks) on a recurring cadence
  • Account-Aware: understands how to segment and personalize by industry, product, and use case
  • Collaborative: partners closely with Marketing, design vendors, and sales leadership without a direct reporting line
  • Data-Driven: tracks asset adoption, nurture performance, and proposal win rates to continuously improve the toolkit

Sales Enablement Responsibilities

  • Own post-engagement nurture campaigns, triggered by form fills, event capture, or sales interaction, and segmented by industry, product, and use case
  • Coordinate the outbound-to-nurture handoff with Marketing so newly engaged contacts move into the right nurture track without delay
  • Build and maintain the sales enablement toolkit, including case studies, product one-sheets, and corporate and solution decks, on a recurring cadence tied to product releases
  • Use AI-assisted content tools and a content index to configure, tag, and maintain the toolkit so reps can assemble the right deck plus matching case study or one-sheet on demand
  • Run the monthly and quarterly toolkit maintenance cadence, including release-note review, screenshot and capability refreshes, content index cleanup, and brand/QA audits across all assets
  • Source, verify, and maintain case studies and proof points, working with a data/analytics partner to confirm metrics before publishing and retire outdated ones
  • Own proposal and RFP/RFI content, maintaining the template and content library and supporting live pursuit customization
  • Deliver sales readiness, including new-rep onboarding on messaging and toolkit use, and training reps on newly published content or capabilities
  • Support cross-sell, up-sell, and account growth with tailored materials, QBR/EBR content, and whitespace mapping
  • Load content into the sales resource library and battlecards, track which assets reps actually use, and report adoption gaps back to Marketing
  • Supply field-driven input into the shared editorial calendar (win/loss themes, objections, competitive gaps, and rep-requested content) and support event follow-up with account-specific materials
  • Manage the sales enablement budget and report asset adoption, proposal win rates, and funnel friction xavwley data into a shared go-to-market dashboard

Other Job Requirements

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to run recurring content production cadences on deadline
  • Comfort owning a system end-to-end, from campaign logic to content tool configuration
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Marketing, sales leadership, and external vendors without a direct reporting relationship
  • Sound judgment on data verification and brand/QA standards before publishing sales-facing content
  • Occasional travel may be required

Preferred Requirements

  • Marketing automation expertise, with hands-on experience building and segmenting nurture campaigns, workflows, and reporting in a CRM
  • Experience using AI tools to assemble, tag, and maintain sales content libraries
  • 3+ years in sales enablement, content marketing, or a related revenue-facing role
  • Experience with case study and proof-point production and sales deck or one-sheet content
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus
