Employment Service Connection, Inc. is hiring dependable individuals for an Assembler / Crate Builder position in Milwaukee, WI.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble wooden crates and packaging materials.
- Use hand and power tools.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials.
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Inspect completed products for quality.
Qualifications:
- Assembly, construction, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic tools and read a tape measure.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with physical work.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Steel-toe footwear required; other PPE provided.
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.
