About the Role:
We are seeking skilled upholsterers to perform production upholstery on furniture bodies, arms, inside backs, and outside backs. This role requires following work orders, using pneumatic tools safely, and meeting established daily production and quality standards.
Location: Verona, MS (Also available in Gardena, CA)
Pay Rate: $19.50 / hour (Verona, MS)

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work orders, manuals, and production specifications.
- Position, stretch, align, and secure fabric or leather precisely across assigned workstations.
- Install tack strips, Ply-Grip, dust covers, and furniture legs according to specifications.
- Operate pneumatic staple guns and hand tools safely.
- Inspect materials and finished work to correct details regarding tension, fit, or alignment.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of production upholstery experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proficiency in using pneumatic staple guns and upholstery hand tools.
- Ability to read specifications and identify and correct routine fit, tension, and alignment issues.
- Experience with tufting, welts, buttons, and working with both fabric and leather preferred.
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a preferred plus.
