Job Description
TradeWise Staffing Group is seeking 10 experienced, New Mexico Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a large-scale commercial and industrial electrical infrastructure project located in Santa Teresa, NM.
This is an excellent opportunity for electricians with strong industrial installation experience looking for competitive prevailing wage compensation and overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial and industrial electrical systems.
- Assemble and install electrical cable tray systems.
- Perform wire pulling, electrical terminations, and equipment connections.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.
- Ensure electrical installations meet NEC and project specifications.
- Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts safely.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License — REQUIRED
- OSHA 10 Certification
- MEWP A+B Certifications
- Experience in industrial and commercial electrical construction
- Ability to work independently and follow project specifications
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must provide standard journeyman electrician hand tools and required PPE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous data center construction experience
- Large-scale electrical infrastructure experience
- Strong knowledge of cable tray installations and industrial terminations
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $49.00
- Prevailing Wage Project
- Overtime: Available, based on project schedule
- Per Diem: Under negotiation; not currently guaranteed
- Schedule: Day shift, anticipated 6:00 AM start
- Duration: Approximately 60 days, subject to project needs
- Anticipated Start Date: Mid-November 2026
