Job Description: Smile CDR Administrator / Platform Engineer
Contract Duration: 3 months
Work Location: 100% Remote
Employment Type: Contract Only
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare interoperability experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Smile CDR administration or support experience.
- Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR R4, REST APIs, SMART on FHIR, and OAuth 2.0.
- Experience with JSON/XML and healthcare data exchange.
- Experience supporting production healthcare platforms and troubleshooting API integrations.
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
- Experience with Linux and scripting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CMS interoperability mandates and healthcare payer systems.
- Knowledge of Axway API Gateway and Apache Camel.
- Experience with cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and GitLab pipelines.
- Experience with platform monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.
