About Us

Wagyu Factory is looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking Food Runners to join our team for our exciting new restaurant opening! We are seeking team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing excellent guest service.

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure all dishes are delivered to the correct tables with proper presentation.

• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth food service.

• Learn and recognize menu items, including different Wagyu beef cuts, ingredients, and allergy information.

• Introduce dishes to guests when delivering food and answer basic menu questions.

• Assist servers with guest requests and ensure a positive dining experience.

• Monitor tables and proactively remove empty plates and used dishes when appropriate.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of food running stations and service areas.

• Assist with restocking supplies, preparing service stations, and completing side work.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating procedures.

• Complete assigned opening and closing duties.

• Support other front-of-house team members during busy service periods.

• Previous restaurant or food runner experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to multitask and follow instructions accurately.

• Attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.

• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
