We are seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning and implementation of quality control processes, systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of pre-construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- CQCM Certificate, 5 years of federal contract projects experience
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Meet deadlines and be detail-oriented
