Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector I to inspect medical device components and ensure products meet quality and specification requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Perform visual, mechanical, and basic functional inspections.
- Inspect small parts using microscopes, callipers, and micrometres.
- Identify and document defects and non-conforming products.
- Complete inspection records and quality documentation.
- Follow work instructions, specifications, and quality procedures.
- Support quality investigations and other quality activities.
- Follow FDA and cGMP requirements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
- Experience with microscopes, callipers, or micrometres is a plus.
- Visual inspection and basic functional testing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
- Basic computer skills.
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated manufacturing experience is a plus
