About this position
The Loan Administrator Officer will process loans and payments for agented, participated, and bilateral facilities handled by Natixis’s U.S. office. The role also supports amendments and assignments, transaction authorization, open-item reconciliation, and the setup and processing of insurance payments.
Working closely with the Middle Office and Loan Booking teams, you’ll help ensure that daily loan servicing activities are completed accurately and on time. This role is well suited to an organized, detail-oriented professional who can work independently and manage competing priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Process Natixis lender activity for bilateral, participated, and agented transactions, including loan input, payments to lenders, lender notices, fee payments, and invoice preparation.
- Monitor incoming funds to the syndication account from lenders and borrowers, and complete daily reconciliations.
- Perform daily Corona reconciliations and monitor past-due reports, investigating and following up on open items for assigned accounts.
- Process assignments and amendments received from counterparties in a timely manner.
- Review and authorize the different types of transactions handled by the team.
- Set up, process, and reconcile insurance payments in accordance with established internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in finance or comparable experience.
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Loan IQ and Payplus.
- Knowledge of Calypso or Corona is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
The salary range for this position will be between $115,000 - $135,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
