Position Summary
OOO is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Operators / General Production Operators to support the manufacturing of energy storage systems. This role is responsible for assembling components, following standardized work instructions, and ensuring products meet quality and safety requirements.
This position will be employed by OOO and assigned to support the operations of the customer’s site.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Production
· Perform basic assembly of BESS systems and components
· Perform repetitive and standardized assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
· Use hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment safely
· Label, package, and move parts and finished products as required
Quality & Documentation
· Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
· Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors or leads
· Complete required production and quality documentation
· Always follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Safety & Teamwork
· Follow all safety rules, EHS policies, and PPE requirements
· Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S)
· Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals
· Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
Required Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required
· Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
· Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
· Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing
· Experience using hand tools or power tools
· Ability to read basic drawings or visual work instructions
Physical & Work Requirements
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance
· Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
· Willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed
