Maintenance Night Supervisor - Highest Priority
Stevensville, Michigan
Salary: $70K - $80K
- Schedule: Approximately 3 PM–1 AM.
- Experience: Relevant fleet, truck, or automotive maintenance background.
- Leadership: Supervisory or lead mechanic experience preferred; strong candidates with leadership potential considered.
- Primary focus: Lead technicians and prioritize repairs and preventive maintenance, so trucks are ready for morning routes.
- Technical knowledge: Diesel diagnostics, electrical, hydraulics, brakes, and safe maintenance practices.
- Flexibility: No rigid years-of-experience requirement; open to backgrounds outside the waste industry.
