Full-Time Dental Assistant | Pine Ridge Dental Group
Longmont, COPine Ridge Dental Group is looking for a skilled, friendly Dental Assistant to join our team! We provide modern, conservative care in a setting where patients feel right at home. Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 7:45am–5pm; Friday, 8:45am–3pm (four-day work week!)
Pay: $23–$27/hour
What you’ll do:
Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments
Assist the dentist chairside using four-handed dentistry
Take x-rays and intraoral photos
Enter treatment plans accurately based on the doctor’s diagnosis
Educate patients and give post-operative instructions
Complete dental charting and coding
Handle lab duties, including pouring models, taking impressions, and fabricating temporary crowns
Stock supplies and maintain equipment
Document and protect patient health information accurately
What you’ll bring:
1+ Years/Experience as a Dental Assistant
CPR/BLS certification
Radiology certification
Experience with dental software such as Open Dental or Dentrix
Solid knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
