Cafeteria & Empire Group are looking for a Talented and Experienced Jr. Pastry Chef. The restaurant is a Modern Spin on American classics.Qualified candidates should be Highly Driven professionals with passion for creating great food.
PASTRY CHEF REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in either a New York City restaurant or high-volume venue
- Capable of following recipes, and conversion, inventory control, maintaining rotation and freshness of all pastry
- Work directly with Executive Chef to facilitate, and execute projects in a timely manner.
- Great work ethic, including being extremely organized and clean
- Know and Work within all NYS DOH guidelines
- Have a DOH health certificate
