About this position
We are seeking a polished, guest-focused Maître d’ to lead the arrival and seating experience in a high-volume hospitality setting. Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations and the waitlist, coordinate table flow with the service team, communicate timing and special requests, resolve guest concerns with care, and maintain an organized front door throughout service.
Prior experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant is preferred. Candidates should bring excellent communication, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed during busy services. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour.
