About this position
Electric Bleu is searching for a Lead Host to guide our host team, manage reservations, and make guests feel welcome.
You’ll run the books, help grow cover counts through expert floor-plan management, build relationships with regulars, and keep guest notes organized. You’ll also help book large parties and buyouts, so events experience is strongly preferred.
We’re looking for someone warm, organized, and proactive, with restaurant hosting experience and confidence managing a busy door. Strong Resy experience is required.
We’re a small team that works closely together, and we’d love someone eager to learn, pitch in, and grow into other roles within the company.
Upscale/fine-dining experience is preferred. French language skills are also a plus!
Our Restaurant
Electric bleu is a new French-leaning bistro with 60 seats.
The decor is simple and inviting but not without the whimsy to mirror the flair the chef’s cooking. The guests will recognize the music playing in the background that are equal parts cool and kitschy. Our food, wine and service are serious, but we don’t take ourselves seriously. We believe that dining with us should be fun.
The owner chef is experienced, world-traveled with years of Michelin star experience. We are serious and passionate about food, cooking and hospitality - all done the right way. Our restaurant is both a place for our neighbors and a destination for food lovers.
We are the most loved restaurant on the west side serving local regulars and the whole city.
