General Warehouse Associate / Assembler
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Warehouse / Assembler to join a manufacturing team here in Charlotte. In this hands-on role, you will assemble components, perform precision soldering, and support general warehouse operations to keep inventory moving efficiently
Pay Rate
16.50 / hr
Schedule and Hours
8am to 5pm Monday – Friday
General Warehouse Associate / Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications and technical drawings.
- Perform fine-detail hand soldering for product assembly.
- Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming inventory and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse maintenance.
- Reeling/cutting cables for orders.
- Training will be provided for cable connecter assembly.
General Warehouse Associate / Assembler Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and schematics.
- Experience with hand soldering.
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Job Type
Full-time, temporary to permanent.
