SERVER ASSISTANT

Role Summary

The Server Assistant helps create a clean, organized, and welcoming dining experience. This role supports the service team and helps make sure guests receive attentive and timely service.

A great Server Assistant pays attention to the details, anticipates guest needs, and takes pride in providing excellent hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and properly.
• Keep water glasses filled and look for ways to assist guests before they need to ask.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests when needed.
• Polish and restock glassware, silverware, and plates.
• Keep dining areas and service stations clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and other team members.
• Stay aware of what is happening in the dining room and offer help when needed.
• Complete daily setup, cleaning, and sidework duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an upscale or high-end restaurant is strongly preferred.

Schedule & Availability

• Hourly position; schedule based on business needs.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
