Responsibilities
- Install insulation at industrial facilities, power plants, refineries, and commercial facilities.
- Prepare insulation materials and surfaces for installation.
- Operate insulation and related tools safely and effectively.
- Read blueprints and verify measurements.
- Maintain tools and equipment in working condition.
- Follow site safety requirements and procedures.
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
- Clean and maintain the worksite.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic mathematics.
- Experience or familiarity with metal and insulation tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial insulation.
- Experience with blueprint reading, surface preparation, material handling, and quality inspection.
- Knowledge of worksite safety practices and insulation tools.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
