AmeriCare Health LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable Private Duty Nurses (RNs and LPNs) to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes in the Kinsale Va area.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care according to each client’s care plan and your scope of practice
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Complete accurate, timely documentation
- Communicate with clients, families, and the care team
Qualifications
- Current Virginia RN or LPN license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A dependable, compassionate approach to care
- Private duty or home health experience is preferred
