Assembly Associates
Automation Personnel Services is seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Associates to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling products, components, and materials according to company specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards
Pay Rate
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 6:00 PM (OT is available and required)
Assembly Associates
- Assemble products and components using hand and power tools.
- Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly guidelines.
- Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Report production issues or material shortages to supervisors.
- Meet daily production and efficiency goals.
Assembly Associates
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
