The Pool Technician will service residential pools across multiple nearby communities, following an assigned route schedule to maintain water quality, inspect and repair equipment, and ensure reliable operation of standard pumps and filters, advanced water features, heaters, and automated chemical systems.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine residential pool maintenance.
- Balance pool chemicals and maintain water quality.
- Inspect standard pumps, filters, heaters, water features, and automated chemical systems.
- Maintain and repair pool pumps and related equipment.
- Detect and assess pool leaks.
- Document completed services and maintenance findings.
- Travel between assigned service locations in multiple nearby communities.
- Service truck- must have valid drivers license
- Tools are supplied
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in pool maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to work
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
