About this position

Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Pastis Miami is an expansive 8,000-square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, welcomes guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.

The team is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join the team! Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager will assist with the management of service, complete assigned administrative functions, and support the training and mentoring of the team!

  • 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • A track record of hiring, training, and mentoring diverse FOH teams
  • The ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt on the fly
  • A self-motivated, team-first attitude and commitment to excellence
  • A genuine passion for French cuisine and culture
