Our servers play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during dinner service and banquet events. This position involves direct customer service in a fast-paced environment, working as part of a larger team, and supporting seamless food service operations. Candidates should be comfortable using basic serving tools and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and team collaboration. This role is primarily on-site with no travel to off-site events and offers opportunities for advancement within food service, including cross-training and supervisory roles.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and friendly food service to breakfast guests
- Assist customers with orders and respond to inquiries
- Take accurate orders and process payments when needed
- Set and clear tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and banquet areas
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Support banquet events, primarily on-site
- Use basic serving tools to facilitate food and beverage delivery
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in food service
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Effective time management
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Cash handling and order processing experience
