The Controls Engineer will design, program, integrate, commission, and support automation solutions across manufacturing equipment, process control systems, robotics and motion systems, and building automation systems.
Responsibilities
- Design industrial controls systems and develop electrical schematics.
- Program PLCs and develop HMI applications.
- Integrate manufacturing, process control, robotics, motion, and building automation systems.
- Configure and support motion control solutions.
- Develop and support process automation systems.
- Commission automation equipment and control systems.
- Troubleshoot controls, electrical, and automation issues.
- Maintain clear technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in controls engineering.
- Experience with PLC programming and HMI development.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems, motion control, and industrial networking.
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
