About Altitude Roofing

Altitude Roofing is an established and growing commercial and residential roofing contractor based in Worcester, Massachusetts. We specialize in high-quality roofing installations, replacements, repairs, and restoration projects throughout Massachusetts.

We are looking for experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. Ideal candidates are dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Job Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, PVC, and Tapered insulation systems.
• Perform heat-welding at seams, and roof detail work.
• Install insulation, tapered insulation systems, cover boards, and vapor barriers.
• Complete roof penetrations, curbs, drains, edge metal, and other roofing details.
• Perform commercial roof tear-offs and prepare surfaces for new roofing installations.
• Safely operate roofing equipment, power tools, and material-handling equipment.
• Follow manufacturer specifications, project requirements, and company installation standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Work efficiently with foremen, supervisors, and other crew members to meet project schedules.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and Altitude Roofing safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience Required.
• Experience installing EPDM, TPO, PVC, or modified bitumen roofing systems.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting materials, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
• Familiarity with commercial roofing tools, equipment, and installation techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to assigned job sites.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience with Carlisle, Johns Manville, Sika Sarnafil, or Elevate roofing systems is a plus.
