Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.
Success in this role requires much more than simply matching resumes to job descriptions. Our
recruiters act as talent advisors, market experts, and trusted partners to both candidates and hiring
managers. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing
candidates throughout the entire recruiting life cycle.
This position is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, highly organized, and
comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can shift quickly. We are looking for
individuals who take ownership, embrace accountability, and are driven by results rather than
constant direction.

Responsibilities
• Source and recruit technical professionals across a variety of technology disciplines
• Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural
fit
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Partner with hiring managers and account executives to understand hiring needs and
market conditions
• Develop creative sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking,
and direct outreach
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records
• Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process
• Negotiate compensation expectations and manage offer discussions
• Stay current on technology trends, market conditions, and recruiting best practices
• Contribute to the growth of the company through collaboration, process improvement,
and business development opportunities
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within an agency or staffing environment
• Experience recruiting for technical or IT-related positions preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities can
change quickly
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated to succeed
