Job Summary
The Assembly–Wireline II role supports electromechanical product lines with a strong focus on quality, documentation, and timely execution. This position requires hands-on assembly skills, precision with mechanical components, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented assembler with strong mechanical aptitude who thrives in production settings and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical assembly, soldering, resin mixing, and prototype builds
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches) to ensure accuracy
- Maintain inventory, documentation, and quality control standards
- Promote safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of mechanical/wireline assembly or oilfield equipment experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
