We offer a warm, friendly experience so we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our front-of-house crew and be the face of our brand.
OVERVIEW:As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests, taking orders efficiently, managing transactions, and ensuring the dining and pickup areas are clean and inviting. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping to maintain the flow of service throughout your shift.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm.
- Take orders accurately in-person and.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide helpful recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter, self-serve station, and dining area.
- Package takeout and delivery orders neatly and correctly.
- Monitor the dining room for cleanliness and guest needs when the dining room opens.
- Restock napkins, utensils, cups, and condiments as needed.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Support with side work, including opening/closing duties and occasional light prep tasks.
- Assist in managing third-party delivery orders and coordinating with drivers when applicable.
- Uphold company policies and provide a consistent guest experience.
- Previous cashier or food service experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
- Friendly, upbeat personality and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and remains calm under pressure.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
