Don Angie, a celebrated West Village Italian gem, is hiring full-time Line Cooks. This is your opportunity to join an elite culinary team and work alongside chefs recognized as 2018 Game Changers by Star Chefs and James Beard semi-finalists for Best New Chef. Don Angie is also a 2025 James Beard Award Semifinalist for Outstanding Restaurant.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • At least 1 year of restaurant cooking experience in NYC.

     

  • Ability to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support our high-volume kitchen.

     

  • Fine dining experience is a significant advantage but not required.
