Sugar Factory is seeking energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our Front of House team at our Downtown Detroit location. We are hiring for multiple positions and looking for team members who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidates will be friendly, professional, team-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding service while maintaining the fun, vibrant, and welcoming atmosphere that Sugar Factory is known for.

• Deliver exceptional guest service while creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

• Maintain a strong understanding of Sugar Factory's menu, specialty beverages, and offerings.

• Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the dining room, bar, and guest areas.

• Assist with food and beverage service, table maintenance, and overall guest needs based on assigned position.

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail during all aspects of service.

• Follow all restaurant policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.

• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and communicate with management when necessary.

• Support restaurant operations during high-volume dining periods, large parties, and special events.

• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.

• Experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is a plus.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to learn and follow established service procedures and brand standards.

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must meet applicable age requirements and hold any certifications required for the assigned position.
