Aesthetic Nurse Injector - RN/NP/PA - Salary and Bonus
Full-time • San Antonio, TX (Stone Oak/ Alamo Heights) • $90,000–$130,000+ in year-one total compensation, including gratuities

The Opportunity
Our clients have been asking us for injectables for a long time. Now we're adding them, and we're looking for our first injector.
- High demand from the start. Hundreds of our existing clients have already asked about injectables, and our front desk, scheduling and marketing team will help you build your book quickly.
- A real say in how it runs. You'll help shape the injectable experience at Luna, from the consultation to the follow-up.
- Room to grow. We have big plans for what comes next, and we want people who grow with us.
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are welcome to apply, with a higher base salary that reflects the added scope.
What You Will Do
Inject
- Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments under our Medical Director's written protocols and each patient's provider order
- Lead the injectable consultation: understand each client's goals, explain options clearly, and guide them into a plan that runs over several visits
- Build a loyal injectable practice through follow-ups, touch-ups and long-term planning
Our full treatment menu
- Learn our signature treatments, including La Spezia RF, RF microneedling, plasma, Jet Peel and LED, and perform them when your schedule allows
- Work with our estheticians to build complete plans that combine injectables with our treatments
Clinical standards
- Chart every treatment in our EMR, including units, lot numbers and photos
- Recognize complications early and follow our emergency protocols with our medical team
What We Require
- Active Texas RN license in good standing (or a multistate compact license valid in Texas), or an active Texas NP or PA license
- At least 2 years of hands-on injecting experience with both neuromodulators and dermal fillers, in a medical spa, dermatology or plastic surgery setting
- Hands-on training in complication management, including vascular occlusion recognition and hyaluronidase use under protocol
- Current BLS certification
- A consultative, plan-driven approach. You know the consultation is where the relationship starts
- Strong documentation habits and comfort with an EMR
- Full-time availability, including weekends

- Experience with biostimulators, with manufacturer training
- Experience with Jeuveau
- Experience with RF microneedling, plasma or laser treatments
- Bilingual English and Spanish

Compensation
$90,000 to $130,000+ in year-one total compensation. We'll walk you through every number on our first call. It's built from:
- Base salary, based on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses, in writing, that grow with your book
- A monthly health and wellness stipend, in place of a group health plan
- A retention bonus at your one-year anniversary
- Provider gratuities, 100% yours
- Malpractice insurance, 100% paid by Luna
- Paid time off, continuing education, and complimentary treatments
Schedule and Location
Full-time with required weekend availability. Based at our Stone Oak location, with occasional training at Alamo Heights.
