SUMO Medical Staffing is recruiting for experienced CRNA Locums needed in Greensboro, North Carolina (NC). The team is seeking full-time coverage beginning January 2027 for an initial 26-week assignment, with ongoing potential. The role offers a competitive market rate and Locums benefits.
48096 - CRNA Locum Role:
- Coverage: Full-time only, scheduled coverage with no call
- Assignment: 26 weeks / 6 months
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM; 5x8-hour shifts
- Setting: Hospital-based Anesthesiology
- Patient Population: All ages
- Volume: 60+ cases per day across the department
- Coverage Model: Medical direction
- Floating: Must be willing to float between assigned hospital locations
- ORs: 20 operating rooms supporting general, orthopedic, GYN, ENT/eyes, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, and trauma cases
- NORA: 5 locations including IR, EP, Endoscopy, and MRI
- EMR: Epic
- Equipment: Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring
- Preferred Skills: Pediatric, vascular, neuro, and regional anesthesia experience
Requirements of the CRNA Role:
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina license
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience; no new graduates
- ACLS and PALS
- Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages
- Must be willing to float between assigned locations
- CV (MM/YYYY, 30+ day gaps explained - work and education)
