The Manufacturing Engineer will support machining and fabrication operations by optimizing processes, planning production, applying lean manufacturing principles, conducting root cause analysis, and driving quality improvements. This is an on-site role with no travel expected for supplier, customer, or plant support.
Responsibilities
- Optimize machining and fabrication processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and consistency.
- Support production planning and coordinate process requirements for manufacturing operations.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve workflow.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address production issues.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives across machining and fabrication operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
