Irene’s Finer Diner is expanding our hours and menu! We're bringing naturally leavened, from scratch New York-style pizza to the neighborhood!

We're looking for a passionate, hardworking, and experienced Pizza Cook to join our growing team and help launch this exciting new chapter. We're looking for someone who understands the craft of a great New York slice: thin, hand-stretched dough, a perfectly crisp yet foldable crust, quality ingredients, and the kind of pizza people come back for.

• Stretch, toss, and shape New York-style pizza dough.
• Make and manage sauces, and toppings according to house recipes.
• Operate pizza oven and maintain consistent cooking temperatures and quality.
• Prepare pizzas to order while maintaining speed, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation.
• Assist with inventory, food preparation, and kitchen organization.
• Bring creativity, pride, and a positive attitude to the kitchen every day.

• Previous pizza-making experience preferred, especially New York-style pizza.
• Knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, stretching, and oven techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• A passion for quality food and great hospitality.
• Willingness to help build something exciting from the ground up.
