A growing investment platform focused on sustainable infrastructure is seeking an Associate to join its private credit investment team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work across direct lending and more complex, strategic credit investments within a lean and collaborative team.

- Support execution and underwriting of private-credit investments across sustainable infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including downside cases, leverage analysis, returns, and sensitivities.
- Conduct company, sector, market, and diligence research.
- Prepare investment-committee materials, screening memos, and portfolio monitoring updates.
- Assist with transaction execution, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor existing investments and contribute to ongoing portfolio management.
- Work closely with senior investment professionals in a high-accountability environment.
Profile
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private credit, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, project finance, private equity, or a related investing role.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and written communication skills.
- Genuine interest in credit investing and sustainable infrastructure.
