TradeWise Staffing Group is actively hiring experienced Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians for a large-scale industrial construction project in Cleburne, TX.

We are seeking dependable, skilled electricians with a strong background in conduit installation, wire pulling, electrical terminations, and blueprint reading.

This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent overtime opportunities, and approximately 10 months of projected work.

Available Positions

Apprentice Electricians – $28.00/hr

• Assist with conduit installations, wire pulling, and electrical assemblies.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Perform electrical installations under the supervision of Journeymen and Foremen.
• Assist with equipment installations and electrical system components.
• Follow jobsite safety procedures and maintain productivity.

Journeyman Electricians – $35.00/hr

• Independently perform conduit installations, wire pulling, terminations, and panel work.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and project specifications.
• Coordinate and direct electrical work within assigned crews.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Apprentice Electricians.
• Ensure installations meet applicable electrical codes and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• MEWP Group A+B Certification (Scissor & Boom Lift).
• Ability to complete E-Verify requirements.
• Ability to read and follow electrical drawings.
• Must be comfortable working from aerial lifts.
• Basic electrical hand tools required.
• Basic jobsite PPE required.
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite.

Safety harnesses will be provided by TradeWise.

Compensation & Schedule

• Apprentice Electricians: $28/hr
• Journeyman Electricians: $35/hr
• Up to 58 scheduled hours weekly, including overtime, subject to project needs.
• Approximately 10 months of projected work.
• Weekly pay.
