Any Day Now Barista
We are seeking a high-energy, service-oriented Barista to join our team. As an integral part of our all-day restaurant concept, you will be responsible for crafting premium coffee beverages while ensuring a welcoming, "coworking-friendly" atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate possesses a "can-do" work ethic and a deep passion for restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks following established recipes and presentation standards. Prepare syrups, juices, and other items as assigned for beverage service.
- Guest Relations: Maintain high standards of guest interaction, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every visitor.
- Operational Compliance: Adhere to all company procedures for the dining room and service area, including strict restaurant safety and sanitation protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Assist the management team in daily operations and maintain a proactive approach to side work and station cleanliness.
- Physical Stamina: Remain standing for shifts up to 8 hours and comfortably lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of barista experience in a fast-paced environment. 1 year of restaurant experience preferred, but not required. Comfort and ability for kitchen tasks and preparation are preferred.
- Mindset: Self-motivated and ethical with a high degree of integrity and a "fun-loving" personality.
- Adaptability: Flexible schedule and the ability to take initiative on various projects and tasks.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
