The Assembly Associate plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by assembling components, inspecting quality, within a collaborative small team environment. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and proficiency with electrical components and basic hand tools to ensure efficient and accurate assembly.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components according to production plan
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
- Operate machines involved in the assembly process
- Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations
- Utilize electrical hand tools and handle electrical components safely
- Collaborate effectively within small team settings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing assembly
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic machine operation skills
- Strong safety compliance awareness
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork orientation
- Hands-on experience
