Compensation & Perks
- Pay Split Options:
- 85/15 Split under Explore Trading LLC's authority
- 90/10 Split with your own authority
- Free Trailer Lease: Available for qualified drivers

- Hoppers Available: Company-provided hoppers available to rent or lease
Equipment Requirements
- Bring Your Own Equipment (BYOE)
- Camera Suite: Forward-facing cameras are required on all tractors.
- Trailers Accepted: Bottom dumps, belly dump trailers (wet sand capable is a plus, not required), clam-shell style, or hopper-style trailers
Driver Requirements
- Experience: Must have at least 3 years of driving experience.
- Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Prerequisites: Pass a clean drug screen and submit all required documentation during orientation.
- Same-Day Start: Eligible to start the very same day of orientation once cleared.
