SOLDERING ASSEMBLER
Location: Sylmar, California 91342
Work schedule: 1st shift
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Soldering experience is required
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Must know how to read blueprints and schematics
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble connectors according to blueprints and verify process accuracy.
- Set up and operate wire marking machines according to blueprints and verify quality.
- Position parts for assembly by following blueprints and Standard Work Instructions.
- Work at an assigned station as a member of an assembly team, assembling specific parts to meet production requirements.
- Position parts in designated openings and secure them with screws or bolts.
- Solder and weld parts according to schematics, blueprints, and Standard Work Instructions to assemble final units.
- Verify the correct assembly of final units.
- Test units using related test fixtures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
