New Trauma/General Surgery Locums Job in New York
Our client in New York is seeking board-certified General/Trauma Surgeons to assist with inpatient trauma and emergency general surgery coverage. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a low average nightly case volume, and resident physician support.
Details/Requirements:
Board Certification through the American Board of Surgery required
Inpatient trauma and emergency general surgery coverage
Average case volume of 1-2 per night
Support staff includes 3 resident physicians and a backup trauma surgeon
EMR: Epic
Epic training, hospital orientation, and trauma service orientation required
Coverage Dates & Schedule:
Start: ASAP
Coverage Needed: Multiple coverage dates available, including weekdays and weekends
Weeknight Shifts: 6 PM-8 AM, plus handoff
Weekend Shifts: 8 AM-8 AM, plus handoff
