We are seeking an experienced Residential Electrician to perform panel upgrades and a range of mixed residential electrical projects throughout Southern California. This role involves direct homeowner communication, customer follow-up and education, and providing service estimates and recommendations. Electricians will work primarily on single-city assignments with fully independent responsibilities and lead electrician support available, with opportunities to advance into a lead electrician role.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical panel upgrades and replacements.
- Complete whole-home rewiring, circuit installations, and mixed residential electrical projects.
- Replace outlets and switches and install wiring, breakers, and electrical equipment.
- Bend conduit and troubleshoot residential electrical issues.
- Follow NEC and local electrical codes.
- Manage jobs independently and complete work safely and professionally.
- Communicate directly with homeowners, provide customer education and follow-up, and deliver service estimates and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of residential electrical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with residential electrical systems and electrical panel upgrades.
- Knowledge of NEC compliance and electrical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit installation, and wiring installation.
- Commitment to jobsite safety and ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
