Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of a sophisticated optical department, ensuring a five-star patient experience
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of optical professionals to achieve the highest standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and lab processes for lenses and frames
- Uphold and model a business professional dress code and polished demeanor
- Collaborate with doctors and staff to support office goals and foster a culture of excellence
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Provide coverage across multiple office locations as needed

Requirements:
- Licensed Dispensing Optician (LDO) or equivalent extensive optical experience
- Significant management experience, ideally with several years in an eye care leadership role
- Background in private practice strongly preferred
- Experience working in an optical lab is highly desirable
- Demonstrated professionalism, exceptional communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Willingness to travel between locations as required
