About this position

Networks Connect is conducting a search on behalf of our client, a precision manufacturing company with cleanroom production operations. This Production Supervisor opportunity is well suited to a motivated, detail-oriented leader with supervisory experience who thrives in a regulated, quality-driven environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of daily production operations within an ISO-regulated facility, balancing safety, quality, and throughput while leading a team through both routine operations and continuous improvement work. You'll be a key point of coordination between the production floor and other departments, tracking KPIs and driving accountability across your team. This is a strong fit for someone who wants full ownership over a production function, with room to grow as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily production operations, ensuring all scheduled orders across assigned work centers are completed on time
  • Supervise cleanroom operations, including personnel, equipment, and process compliance with ISO and regulatory standards
  • Track and report on KPIs related to quality, on-time delivery, productivity, and accuracy
  • Lead meetings to address corrective actions, quality issues, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage attendance, disciplinary action, and consistent application of company policy across a team of 8–25
  • Facilitate team member training in line with job proficiencies and organizational requirements
  • Develop ISO documentation with team members and ensure adherence to documented procedures
  • Ensure safety procedures and emergency/evacuation protocols are followed consistently across the department

Qualifications:

  • Degree in industrial supervision and/or prior supervisory experience (around 3 years is a strong fit, though this is flexible depending on the candidate)
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with close attention to detail
  • Experience with logistics, process flow, or assembly work a plus
  • Comfortable working with and reporting on KPIs
  • Bilingual a strong plus, but not required.
  • Able to work between 3 PM and 12 AM.
  • Comfortable in a physically active role, including standing, lifting up to 40 lbs, and cleanroom gowning as needed
