Temporary Coverage Needed
Expected dates: December 2027 – April 2, 2027 (15 weeks)
Primary Coverage Need: Nutrition & Health Coaching
- The primary responsibility will be one-on-one nutrition and health coaching appointments.
Coaching Schedule:
- Monday Admin
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday Admin
Six-session coaching program:
- Each session is 30 minutes.
- Coach will report Onsite, but all coaching can be conducted virtually.
- Members schedule their own appointments. These appointments would likely be conducted via Microsoft Teams or telephone.
- Minimal administrative coordination is required.
Focus areas
- General wellness and nutrition coaching
- Chronic condition management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, weight management)
License/Certification:
- Registered Dietitian (Preferred)
- Certified Health Coach (Preferred)
