Job Description
Just Legal Search are working with a with mid-size law firm seeking to expand their Trusts & Estates practice in NY. The firm is seeking an attorney with a minimum of three years experience across T&E tax matters, administration and planning both internationally and domestically.
\nIdeal experience:
\n- \n
- Must have a J.D. from an ABA accredited school \n
- Preferably an LLM in Tax \n
- Admitted to the New York bar \n
- 3+ years experience within the T&E practice of a law firm or a international tax practice at a Big4 accountancy firm. \n
- Experience across T&E tax and compliance, administration and planning \n
- Experience working with international clients on tax matters involving international planning issues, as well as a strong understanding of tax principles involving trusts, corporate entities, offshore arrangements, and investment holdings. \n
