- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,188-$1,320
- Schedule: 2 shifts per week, typically Thursdays and Fridays
- Shift Duration: 8-hour days
- Typical Hours: Approximately 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; final hours to be confirmed
- Weekly Hours: Approximately 16 hours
- Contract Duration: Approximately 20 weeks
- Start Date: November 23, 2026
- Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
- Practice Setting: Outpatient occupational health clinic
- Additional Coverage: Occasional opportunities may be available for vacation and holiday coverage
- At least 1 year of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania
- Current national Nurse Practitioner certification appropriate to the provider's specialty
- Experience in Occupational Health, Employee Health, urgent care, ambulatory care, or a similar outpatient setting preferred
- Experience evaluating work-related injuries and performing pre-placement or occupational physical examinations preferred
- DOT Medical Examiner certification and current federal registry status highly preferred
- Ability to provide thorough clinical documentation in an electronic medical record; experience with SYSTOC is helpful but not required
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient education skills
- Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and occupational health conditions
- Perform pre-placement, employment, OSHA-related, and other occupational physical examinations
- Perform DOT physical examinations when appropriately certified
- Provide employee health services in an outpatient clinic setting
- Assess patient fitness for work and provide appropriate follow-up recommendations
- Collaborate with other practitioners to support timely, coordinated patient care
- Document patient encounters, assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up recommendations accurately in the electronic medical record
- Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach while supporting the needs of employees and occupational clients
