Staff Software Test Engineer - Medical Industry - Mobile Applications

Location : San Diego, CA Pay range : $145,000 - $175,000 Shifts: Normal business hours, in-person Duration : PermanentEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 10+ years of firmware testing experience, preferably in medical devices
- 15+ years of overall related industry experience
- Expertise in automated/manual testing, cloud/mobile integration, and Bluetooth Low Energy communication
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and testing frameworks such as Appium, XCUITest, UIAutomator
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Develop and execute test plans for firmware, mobile apps, and cloud integration
- Enhance automation frameworks and perform manual testing
- Document defects and collaborate with development teams
- Conduct testing involving hardware and firmware flashing
- Ensure compliance with regulated development standards
